3:00 p.m: Pet Costume Contest at Quatat Park
3:15 p.m: Pet Costume Parade, Broadway, near Quatat Park (This is a benefit event for Clatsop Animal Assistance and participants are required to donate $5.00 to enter)
5:00-10:30 PM: Boos, Blues & Brews event
This event is presented by the Seaside Downtown Development Association and is a benefit event for the Seaside Community Food Bank. It will be held at the Seaside Elks. It will feature live music, dinner, local brews and a costume contest. Follow the event link for more information on the costume contest and monetary prize. The three live bands are:

The Ted Vaughn Blues Band (www.tedvaughnbluesband.com) described as “rootsy blues that grab you.”
Blitzen Trapper (www.blitzentrapper.net) kicking off their national tour of their new album ‘Wild and Reckless’ due out November 3rd.

Tuesday, October 31st 2:00-5:00ish -till the candy runs out: Downtown Trick or Treating
Three full days of art and musical events, including the more recently added Dancing in the Rain Fashion Show and Brews, Blues the & Barbeques events. Many artists will be at the town’s galleries to present their latest art or to conduct demonstrations.
Downtown wine walk, Sat. Nov. 11th 3:00-7:00 P.M:
Oregon is the third largest wine grape producing state, participate in this event and sample more than twenty Oregon Wineries, while only having to visit one town. A commemorative wine glass and ID bracelet are required for wine tasting. There will be complimentary appetizers, too!
- Must be 21 or over to participate.
- Wineries will charge nominal tasting fees.
- A map listing the participating wineries and businesses will be available at the 3 ID check stations.
- Wine tastings will start at 3 P.M. 1:00-6:30 Seaside Carousel Mall, 300 Broadway
- Wine glasses and ID bracelets can be purchased on event day at the following locations for $15.00 (pre-sale tickets are $10)
